This all-in-one primer sealer paint is formulated to seal, prime and block out stains on previously painted or new surfaces. It also provides a sound anchor for topcoats, and its quick-drying formula makes it ideal for indoor and outdoor projects. The advanced water-based formula will seal porous surfaces, lock out stains and provide superior stain blocking and adhesion.
