The Garden Collection Competition – Terms & Conditions
This competition is promoted by Homevalue and is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over. Employees of Homevalue, participating Homevalue stores, associated suppliers, agencies, and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the competition announcement and complete the entry process on Homevalue.ie. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete, duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
The competition closes on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
There are two prizes available: one Vila Dining Set from The Garden Collection, consisting of a 3-seater sofa, two single chairs and one dining table, and one Luxury Gazebo with Polycarbonate Roof from The Garden Collection. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prize collection may be required at the winner’s nearest participating Homevalue store, or delivery may be arranged at Homevalue’s discretion.
Two winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received before the closing date. Each winner will receive one prize only. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, Homevalue reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Homevalue is not liable for technical errors, website disruption, failed entries, or circumstances outside its reasonable control that may affect participation in the competition.
Personal information submitted as part of this competition will be handled in accordance with Homevalue’s Privacy Policy. Marketing communications will only be sent where the participant has opted in.
